According to sources, the federal cabinet has confirmed the decision of the sub-committee on the removal of Maryam Nawaz's name from the ECL. The cabinet subcommittee decided not to oust Maryam Nawaz from the ECL.

Ministers, advisors and assistants are participating in the cabinet meeting for which a 15-point agenda has been issued.
According to sources, the cabinet will decide on the recommendations of the sub-committee on the removal of Maryam Nawaz's name from the ECL. The overall political and economic situation of the country, the approval of the determination of the sale of medicines is also part of the agenda.
A decision is also expected on the appointment of senior members of the Federal Land Commission, the appointment of CEOs of First Women Bank and Exim Bank, the appointment of chairpersons and members of the National Commission for Human Rights.
The executive committee of the Pakistan Sports Board, restructuring of the board and amending the law have also been on the agenda.
The Cabinet meeting is also expected to approve a special relief grant under the BISP for the people living near the Line of Control.
The Cabinet will approve the decisions of the Economic Coordination Committee meeting. The Karachi Navy's deployment of GM operations from Karachi Port Trust will also be considered. The formation of the board of directors of the National Power Park Management of Companies is also part of the agenda.
